The copper-aluminum water tank shredder is a crushing device designed for processing copper-aluminum composite structure waste equipment such as automobile radiators and air-conditioning condensers. It separates metals from materials such as plastics through physical crushing, providing an efficient solution for subsequent recycling. Its core principle is to use multi-axis rotating blades or hammers to strongly shear, tear and squeeze the water tank, combined with the closed crushing chamber design, and use the adjustable knife shaft spacing structure to adapt to materials of different hardness. At the same time, it is equipped with an automatic feeding system to improve the processing efficiency. When the equipment is running, the water tank is fed into the crushing chamber through a conveyor belt, and the high-speed rotating blade repeatedly cuts the metal frame and the internal plastic core, and then controls the discharge particle size through the screen, and finally realizes the preliminary separation of copper, aluminum and plastic, providing uniform granular raw materials for the sorting process.

Process flow:

​The process flow is usually divided into four steps: ​In the feeding stage, the water tank enters the crushing chamber through a conveyor belt or grab; in the coarse crushing stage, the double-axis blades shear and decompose large pieces of material at high speed; in the fine crushing stage, the fine crushing blades are further ground to 10-50mm particles; in the sorting stage, the metal and non-metal components are separated by a vibrating screen and a magnetic separator, and finally copper and aluminum particles and plastic fragments that can be directly smelted are produced. The whole process has a high degree of automation, the single-line processing capacity can reach 2-3 tons/hour, and the metal recovery loss rate is less than 2%.
